These tuners are great for increasing focus and attention. This combination creates a ratio that makes a perfect 5th. The technique below strengthens the bridge between the hemispheres, promoting use of the whole brain. Just 30 seconds of this tone relaxes the mind as deeply as 45 min of meditation.

Activate: Hold tuners by the stems and gently tap together away from the ears.

Listen: Bring tuners to ears, one on each side for 15 seconds.

Switch: Switch ears by moving over the head. Listen for 15 seconds more. Breathe deeply and center.
