A uniquely styled sound bath that comes right to you! 

Set aside some time to deeply relax and reset energetically with your hand-selected small group. Invite your loved ones to bring their favorite yoga mat, pillow, blanket, lay back and absorb the harmonious sounds of symphonic gong, wind gong, alchemy bowls, antique Tibetan bowls and tuning forks.

  These instruments create sound waves that move right through your body and deeply soothe your nervous system.  These are frequencies based on nature that strengthen and renew us to our core.  You simply sink into a peaceful state and repair. 

Why a group? We are literally hardwired to lift each other up. We humans heal faster when in groups due to a phenomenon called entrainment.  This period of history has seen unprecedented transition and growth.  It can be quite a lot to process alone.   We need to foster healthy webs of support. This sound bath experience and provides a much-needed chance to catch our breath and re-center together. 

Individual energetic assessment and balancing for each participant is also provided with the use of Solfeggio tuning forks.

How long?  I usually start with a short introduction about the healing nature of sound and then get right into it.  I play for about 40 min while participants sink into a deep meditative state.  I then open the floor to specific questions and comments to help them process the experience.  I offer individual energy assessments and balancing after that in a 1:1 format to deepen the earlier experience. The whole event lasts about 2 hours.

Ideas to support your special gathering:

Invite a potluck theme of appetizers or desserts…co-create the event with friends.

Add some candles to help set the tone.

Offer warm nurturing beverages like teas.

Host a table of inspired items for them to purchase if they wish to help keep their growth continuing at home. I can assemble some goodies (such as OM tuners/ C and G tuners (both affordable and very effective for quick centering of the nervous system), small sage and palo santo bundles to clear their homes, crystals to help keep homes and offices energetically positive, happy drums for children and children at heart…just good stuff that makes the heart sing)
